Whether it's 60 seconds, 60 minutes or beyond the hour, we can all take time for nature this Earth Hour.

I am taking time out for nature and have joined the worlds biggest movement to protect our planet. By moving my body and raising vital funds from my Earth Hour Challenge 60, I will be helping to protect and regenerate nature - restoring the planet for everything that calls it home.

A quick stroll through Picton this afternoon after my physio appointment

Monday 23rd Mar

22/03 took Luna out for a walk and run in bargo

Unfortunately this week was hectic and I wasn’t able to get out much but Luna and I found some time on Sunday to get out for an hour out at the back of bargo, we ran and walked, we also played in the dog park, time to make some lost time back up this week

15/03 1.25 hr walk across the beach north side of honeymoon bay

Second day of our camp trip out at honeymoon bay

14/03 1hr walk from camp along the rocks to honeymoon bay

3km walk and splash with the dogs on Austinmer Beach

Friday 13th Mar
11/03/26 had a great time on the beach, we saw plenty of small fish in the tidal pools, the dogs had heaps of fun in the water, we were there for about 1.5 hours, it was a great trip

Only a 10 min adventure at bargo river reserve today

After a 12 hour shift made some time to do a 2km walk in only around 40 mins

Late arvo walk in the hilltop bush (Thursday 5/3)

Did a rugged 2.5kms walk in just under an hour in Hilltop

Luna and I walked 4kms at cave creek trail today it was rainy

Wednesday 4th Mar
The walk was meant to be an hour there and back but we go to the cave 20 mins so we did a bit of exploring and bought some time, we also spotted and echidna, all up did 4kms and just a little over an hour out on the trail, we were soaked afterwards

Took Luna on her first kayak trip
