My target 23 Hours for Earth

I'm taking time out for nature!

Whether it's 60 seconds, 60 minutes or beyond the hour, we can all take time for nature this Earth Hour.

I am taking time out for nature and have joined the worlds biggest movement to protect our planet. By moving my body and raising vital funds from my Earth Hour Challenge 60, I will be helping to protect and regenerate nature - restoring the planet for everything that calls it home.

I am shining a spotlight on nature loss to give Earth a brighter future. Help me in my challenge by sponsoring me today.

First hour

Friday 1st Mar
I have finished my first hour of exercise and decided to run as my first activity. My cool down walk may have been longer than the actual run itself but I stayed out for the full hour and I set my PR for 5k, 2mi, & 1mi on Strava (it was my first run), so I count that as a win.

Animals I saw:
- kangaroo
- sulfur-crested cockatoo
- galah
- crimson rosella
- rainbow lorikeet
- willy wagtail
- Australasian coot
- Moorhen
- black swan
- indian minah
- and most excitingly 10 superb parrots

.... So yea all in all a win
