Day 1

Saturday 1st Mar
Spending an hour walking in nature isn't a chore. It shouldn't be hard. I said to a friend today, walking in nature isn't exercise.  It's simply taking the opportunity to step out of our day and into the possibilities of other lives outside of us: birds,  trees/plants, waterways, and other creatures busy making their living as we do.
